- Process weekly timesheets, invoices and expenses (CIS)
- Job cost labour reporting
- Ensuring employee information is accurate on the system
- CIS and PAYE processing
- Weekly employee holiday management
- General payroll administration duties to support HR & Payroll manager
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be/have:
- 2 years+ payroll experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to use own initiative
- IT literate with demonstrable experience of MS Word, Excel (formula and pivot tables), Outlook and Sage Payroll or equivalent payroll software.
- To handle all confidential material or information with total discretion at all times
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
